Three strategic initiatives guide the Partnership's work to leverage and support our school system's efforts to increase educational excellence:
- Retain Effective Teachers: To retain effective teachers who ensure successful outcomes for students.
- Develop Effective Leaders: To develop the capacity of new and current school and system leaders to drive successful results in our schools.
- Ensure Healthy Schools: To ensure that every Wake County public school maintains a safe and healthy environment that enables high quality teaching and learning to occur.
